These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and anyone who accesses or uses PROROUT's services in any capacity. By submitting a project brief, making a payment, or otherwise engaging with us, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.
PROROUT provides website design, development, and digital business services to local and small businesses. Our services include, but are not limited to:

Pricing displayed on the PROROUT website is subject to change at any time without prior notice. Once an order has been placed and payment has been received, the agreed price at the time of purchase will be honored.
Setup fees are one-time charges that cover the initial build and launch of your website. Monthly or yearly subscription fees begin after project completion or service activation, as applicable to your selected plan.
Any additional services, features, or work outside the scope of your selected plan may be quoted and billed separately.
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers, such as Stripe. PROROUT does not store your payment card information directly.
Important: All prices are in USD. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with your payment method or location.
When you purchase a website plan from PROROUT, the general process is as follows:
Timeline:Estimated build times (such as 3–7 business days) begin only after all required information, content, and assets have been received from the client. Incomplete submissions will delay the start of your build.
To allow PROROUT to deliver your project on time and to a high standard, you agree to:
Project delays caused by missing information, missing assets, or lack of communication from the client may extend the project timeline. PROROUT is not responsible for delays resulting from the client's failure to fulfill these responsibilities.
Each plan includes a defined level of website updates. The number and frequency of updates available to you depends on your selected plan.

Domain ownership: Any domain registered by PROROUT on your behalf is intended for your use. Upon request and where applicable, domain transfer details can be provided if you choose to move your services elsewhere.
PROROUT provides basic SEO setup and Google indexing assistance as part of applicable plans. This includes on-page SEO structure, meta tags, page titles, and submitting your site for indexing through Google Search Console where applicable.
No guarantees: PROROUT does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, website traffic levels, or business results from SEO efforts. Search engine algorithms change frequently and are outside our control.
PROROUT may offer AI-powered features including website assistants, chat automations, CRM integrations, and related tools as part of certain plans. These features rely on third-party platforms and APIs, such as those provided by Anthropic, GoHighLevel, and others.
You retain full ownership of all content, images, copy, and brand assets you provide to PROROUT. You grant PROROUT a limited license to use these materials solely for the purpose of building and maintaining your website.
Your completed websiteUpon receipt of full payment for your plan, you own the completed website design and content delivered to you, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
PROROUT's systems and templatesPROROUT retains ownership of all proprietary systems, templates, software, automation workflows, and reusable code used to build websites. These may not be copied, resold, or repurposed without written permission from PROROUT.
Because PROROUT delivers digital services — not physical products — our refund policy reflects the work and resources committed once a project begins. Please read the following carefully before purchasing.
Setup Fee — Non-Refundable Once Work BeginsThe setup fee is a one-time payment that covers the design, development, and launch of your website. Once your project has been started — meaning your onboarding questionnaire has been received, your strategy call has been completed, or any design or development work has commenced — the setup fee is non-refundable.
This policy exists because the work has already begun and real time, resources, and expertise have been committed to your project from the moment it kicks off. We appreciate your understanding of this.
Haven't started yet?If you purchased a plan but have not yet submitted your onboarding form or had your strategy call, contact us at scale@prorout.com right away and we'll do our best to accommodate a refund request before work begins.
Monthly subscription fees are not refunded under any circumstances, including if you cancel before the end of your billing period. However, your website will remain fully live and active through the last day of your paid term.
Here's how it works in plain terms:
Summary: Pay the setup fee → work starts, no refund. Pay monthly → your site stays live through the end of that month, no refund. Cancel anytime, no penalty, just no money back for time already paid.
Clients may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time by contacting PROROUT at scale@prorout.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation of hosting or maintenance services may result in your website going offline unless you arrange to transfer your website and domain to another hosting provider. PROROUT will provide reasonable assistance with transfers upon request.
PROROUT reserves the right to cancel or suspend services for any client who violates these Terms or engages in conduct harmful to our team or other clients.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PROROUT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Where permitted by law, PROROUT's total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the total amount you paid to PROROUT for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
PROROUT may use or integrate third-party platforms and services to deliver your project. These may include:
By using PROROUT's services, you acknowledge that you are also subject to the terms of service and privacy policies of any applicable third-party providers. PROROUT is not responsible for the practices or policies of these providers.
PROROUT is committed to protecting your privacy. The collection, use, and handling of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By using our services, you also consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or PROROUT's services shall be resolved in the courts of Indiana, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
PROROUT reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of PROROUT's website or services after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
