Yes — every plan includes a 40-day free trial on the monthly subscription. You only pay the setup fee upfront. Your first monthly charge doesn't kick in until after the trial ends. If your site takes longer than 10 days to build, the trial automatically extends so you're never charged before you're live and ready.

After your 40-day trial, your monthly subscription renews automatically every 30 days. You can cancel anytime before your next billing date with no penalty.

Yes to both. You can pause or cancel anytime. Your site stays live through the end of your current billing period. After that it goes offline until reactivated. No contracts, no cancellation fees.

You do — 100%. Once the setup fee is paid and your site is built, it belongs to you. You can take it elsewhere at any time. The monthly fee covers hosting, maintenance, and edits — not ownership.

One edit round is one batch of change requests submitted at one time. That batch can include multiple small updates — changing your hours, swapping a photo, updating a heading — and it counts as one round. Larger requests like adding a new page, building a new feature, or redesigning a full section are quoted separately.

Absolutely. If you need something outside your plan — extra pages, a new feature, custom functionality, or anything else — just ask and we'll quote it separately. Nothing you want is off the table.

The setup fee is non-refundable once work has begun. If you need to cancel before we start building, reach out and we'll work with you. The monthly subscription can be cancelled anytime with no penalty.

Absolutely. We can connect your existing domain by updating your DNS records. We'll walk you through it or handle it ourselves if you give us access. You won't be charged for a second domain.

Most sites are live within 7–14 days after we receive everything we need from you. The faster you get us your content, the faster we launch. Your 40-day trial gives you plenty of runway either way.
