You fill out a short brief and we talk through what your business needs. I design and build the site, you review it and we change whatever you want. Once you approve it, you pay the one-time build fee, pick a monthly plan, and it goes live. You pay nothing until you have seen the finished site.

A one-time build fee plus a flat monthly plan. Starter is $500 to build and $98 a month, Standard is $1,000 and $148 a month, Enterprise is $2,500 and $398 a month. The monthly covers hosting, your domain, SSL, 24/7 monitoring, backups, and your monthly edit rounds. Community organizations get 25% off: governments, churches, schools and community groups.

Most sites go live within 7 to 14 days of getting your content. The faster you send photos and text, the faster you launch.

Your logo, contact info, hours, what you do, and any photos you want used. Anything else you send about your story or your team makes the site sound more like you and less like a template.

You do. Your domain, your logo, your photos, your text. I host and maintain it for you. Already have a domain? I connect it at no charge. Need one? Register it yourself or I register it at cost, usually $10 to $15 a year. If you ever leave, everything goes with you and I help you move it.

I keep it running. Hosting, security, backups, and 24/7 monitoring so if the site ever goes down I get alerted and fix it. You get a ProRout login to request changes and check on your site any time, and you can always just text or email me instead.

Send me a batch of changes and that counts as one edit round: new hours, a swapped photo, updated pricing, a new heading. Starter includes 2 rounds a month, Standard 5, Enterprise 15. Bigger jobs like a new page or a new feature get quoted separately at $80 an hour, always approved by you first.

Yes. On a month-to-month plan, one email and 30 days' notice ends it, no penalty. If you signed an agreement with a set term, that agreement spells out the notice and any early-exit amount in plain English. Either way your site stays live through the end of the period you already paid for.
