How "See It Before You Pay" Works
Four steps, and nothing is due until the last one. First, you tell us about your business in a short free brief. Second, we build a real, working version of your website, not a rough sketch or a stock template with your logo pasted on. Third, you click through it, react to it, and ask for changes. Fourth, once you approve it, you sign a short agreement, pay the one-time build fee, and your site goes live. If you decide not to go ahead before approving, you owe nothing.
Why We Build Before We Bill
Building first puts the risk on us, and that keeps us honest. If we want to get paid, the site has to be good enough that you want it running your business. There's no room to over-promise on a sales call and under-deliver later, because you see the real thing before any money changes hands. What the First Two Weeks Look Like
Most sites go live 7 to 14 days after we have your content. You send the basics, and we handle the design, the copy, the mobile layout and the technical setup. You review a working draft, tell us what to change, and we adjust. Once it's approved, we connect your existing domain at no charge, or register and manage a new one for you as an add-on. Hosting, SSL and the go-live are on us. You never touch a control panel or a hosting bill.
A Build Fee, Then One Monthly Plan
Every plan has a one-time build fee and a flat monthly price. Starter is $500 to build and $98 a month, Standard is $1,000 and $148 a month, and Enterprise is $2,500 and $398 a month. The monthly plan covers hosting, SSL, maintenance, updates, and a round of edits each month when your hours, prices or services change. Governments, churches, schools and community groups get 25% off. Every plan also includes SiteGuard, the portal where you watch your site's status around the clock and request changes in one click.
You Own Your Domain and Content
Your domain and everything you give us, your name, your photos, your words, belong to you from day one, and the design becomes yours once its fees are paid. We host, monitor and maintain the site so it stays fast and up to date. Your written agreement sets out the starting term, how renewal works and the notice needed to end it, so there are no surprises. If you ever move on, your domain and content go with you.
