Others have a set starting term and then renew. Whichever yours is, you read it before you sign, and nothing is due until you've seen and approved your finished site.
No Quiet Renewals
If your plan renews, you get a reminder 30 to 60 days before it does, so a renewal never lands by surprise. After the starting term, ending it takes one email and 30 days' notice. Your agreement spells out the notice period and any early-exit amount in plain numbers, so there is nothing to discover later.
Who Owns What
Your domain and every piece of content you give us, your photos, your words, your business information, belong to you from day one. The design and code become yours once their fees are paid. While you're on a plan, ProRout hosts, monitors and maintains the site, which is what keeps it fast, secure and current without you ever opening a control panel.
What Happens If You Ever Move On
Your domain goes with you. It is either already yours, or ProRout transfers it to you if we were managing it. You get your content and files, ready to take to another provider or use however you like. You are never stuck rebuilding a website from zero.
What It Costs
Every plan has a one-time build fee and a flat monthly price. Starter is $500 to build and $98 a month, Standard is $1,000 and $148 a month, and Enterprise is $2,500 and $398 a month. The monthly plan covers hosting, SSL, maintenance, monthly edits and SiteGuard, the portal where you watch your site around the clock and request changes in one click. Governments, churches, schools and community groups get 25% off.
