Three kinds of visit
Prices are starting points for a three-bedroom, two-bath house. We confirm yours on the phone before anything goes on the calendar.
Deep clean
A first visit before recurring service starts, or a reset once or twice a year. The crew works the full recurring list, then does ovens, grout, blinds, vents, and ceiling fans.

Move-in or move-out
For a house or apartment with the furniture gone. Book it for the day after the movers leave, and we clean inside every cabinet, closet, drawer, and appliance. Landlords can book it one unit at a time.

Same business day for requests sent before 3 p.m. We confirm the price, ask about pets and parking, and pick a date.
The crew works the list
They arrive inside a 30-minute window, walk through with you or read your notes, and go room by room.
You get the card
The marked-off list stays on your counter. If something got missed, call within 48 hours and the crew comes back for it.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most people give us a door code or leave a key in a lockbox. Put it in your request notes and we will confirm it on the call.
What if something gets missed?
Call or text within 48 hours. The crew comes back and cleans that spot at no charge. The ticked card shows what they did, so we can sort it out fast.
What don't you clean?
Outside windows, carpet shampooing, mold, and anything that needs a ladder taller than six feet. If you need one of those, ask and we will point you to someone local.
Can I skip or move a recurring visit?
Yes. Text us two days ahead and we will skip it or find another day that week. There is no fee.
Which towns do you cover?
Fort Wayne, Auburn, and the towns between them, including Huntertown and Leo-Cedarville. If you live farther out, call and ask.
